Texture is everywhere!  Just look around to discover the many different textures and surfaces you encounter daily. It is what you feel, it is how things look, the lasting memory of knowing how they look and feel.

This week brought an end to lesson four and I was reading up on Texture: Expression, Perception, Response.  We had one assignment this week- to create a twelve part texture panel and to sketch twelve different real life textures from objects we found around our home.

I struggled a bit with some of the finer textures but overall am happy with the result as a whole.
